Eddie Broussard has more than 29 years of diverse management and financial experience in private industry and commercial banking, including president of a start up wholesale distribution company. His leadership competencies include strategic planning; marketing and business development; financial planning, analysis and budgeting; negotiating and managing alliances; corporate re-organizations and design. Here are a few highlights from his previous engagements:

  • Reorganized Purchasing department and trained staff to use the ERP system to improve overall buying decision. Dropped inventory 15% without compromising customer service.
  • Complete restructure of the pricing matrix, resulting in a gross profit margin gain of 175 basis points.
  • Negotiated and closed the purchase of multiple companies and extensive start-up experience with for-profit and non-profit businesses

His experience also includes banking and financial relationships, including letters of credit, leasing arrangements and complex commercial loans with banks and asset-based lenders; human resource management, and planning and executing the orderly cessation of operations. He began his career in commercial banking and has experience in both public and privately held companies. Eddie has the proven ability to manage in both high-growth and troubled environments, and his management style is effective in communicating with the boards of directors, as well as with personnel at all organizational levels. Eddie has extensive experience in managing the boards for non-profit organizations along with development and fundraising skills. He also was a part of a church plant team and served as an elder for that church for many years. He holds a bachelors in business administration from the Texas Tech University along with other various industry certifications.
